what are the chances of hodgey being a late exclusion? 7/10?
Do or do not Hodgey, there is no try.

You don’t count Gilbert out as massive? lots of ppl are on him this season

I think hodge will 90% chance be a late out. and as a hawks supporter that wouldnt bother me (better he gets fit).
playing injured is a path to the dark side, luke.

what would be the point of naming hodge in the 18 if they weren’t confident he would play? if they were not confident, wouldnt they just name him in the extended bench, like the eagles did with priddis?

Do people think it is better to sell Chad Cornes this week or get rid of Kurt Tippett or Jack Ziebel who massive break evens (105) and are gonna go down big time in price – only have 8 trades left, currently top of my comp but wanna stay that way !

steven_oz, get rid of chad. a gun not scoring is worse than a cash cow depreciating a little.

thanks Rob,
was thinking Sam fisher – already have
Goddard, Enright, Mackie, Grimes, Gilbee, ( C. kornes – then Hooker – Broughton and Grima as last spot on team and 2 spares.

@solat – I agree mate, Gilbert is a massive out! I have him and Cornes….. traded out Cornes for Drummond and stuck Gilbert on the bench….. meaning i had to elevate Cheney to the field and Petrenko as emergency…… both named on extended bench this week. I have Sheeds so it will be interesting to see what he does.

mm gilbert out….

June 4, 2009 at 9:24 pm
does anybody think that i should trade either rich or hartlett to muston? rich seems like a keeper to me but hartlett still leaves much more money to be made. I am leaning towards hartlett for no reason other than i like rich. thoughts?

Does anyone know why Dowler has not been named for the Hawks?
After a weeks rest I thought he would come straight back in.
No word of any injury over at BF and i doubt it is form related.

@bradway – i just presumed Dowler wasn’t selected, with the return of a backman or two, he just didn’t fit in. If the hawks won the last 3 or 4 he’d probably still get a run, but they’re trying to get the right mix for a win.

@bradway and Disco DB
Yeah i’m confused with dowler. It doesn’t say he’s injured but he didn’t train the whole week before the crows game. not sure if he trained this week or not…
If he’s been dropped i have no idea why.
I actually think dowler does well playing on the 2nd forward. never really makes big mistakes unlike that lobster thomas murphy.
I would prefer dowler any day of the week to murphy.
