Ziebell will get dropped next round if he doesn’t perform. This is Melbourne. Ladely probably just blooding the kids when he knows he can win.

cmon monty, naming two in the best 18 is a massive bonus from Laidley. You surely couldn’t have expected that!

What are the chances that bloody laidley will leave ziebell espically and anythony in the team for more than one week, would not suprise me to see them both in the vfl next week.

agree with CC. its melbourne… what better game to give the kids some match practise and a win under their belt. does wonders for their confidence! but i hope they stay! got them both!

Laidley’s done it again, Names me a draftee, tells me he’s gonna play but forgets to mention he has stress fractures and will be out for 6 – 8 weeks ????

anthony was looking good to have a break out season as well. preseason form was as good as any of the draftees imo. racked up 25 possessions against port at optus oval, was there to see it first hand, he looked good. hopefully gets over his stress fractures quickly and can hold down the midfield rotation spot left by daniel harris
