My main team have increased their wage bill by $13,008, and my affiliate by $11,084.

For my bunch of 18 year olds the cheapest wage is $2,036. I also have 3 in the top 10 for wages at 18 and 6 in the top 30 :)

So played JB today in a youth friendly to kick off the season. I'm ashamed to admit that I forgot to set orders since I thought the game was starting tonight so could do it after work, but instead that game started in the morning...

Anyway I bowled first, restricting them to 7 for 175 on a green pitch (this is where tactics would have been handy since I played 2 spinners). Chased that down in the last over to win by 3 wickets :)

Want opinions quickly so asking this everywhere...

Right now my affiliate's youth academy is non-existent. If I upgrade it every single week until it's the top level, if I buy gun players now will they still be gun?

Like they won't miss that much training will they? 30% week 1, 27% week 2, 24% week 3.... but eventually trained in very top academy rest of their careers.

Would it be worth buying a few players now? I can't help myself atm.
