Despite being slim-framed, he's no stranger to senior footy with rates of 18 disposals and five tackles in 12 matches to average 79 fantasy points for Norwood.Stephens joins a rejuvenating Sydney list and will be given plenty of opportunities to show off his classy left foot and elite running capacity. Already having experience at senior level, Stephens should have no trouble adjusting to the pace of the AFL. Swans fans might snare him with a last-gasp selection but don't expect a Sam Walsh-esque debut season as he seems more in the mould of a slow-starting Oliver Florent. -
