If Port was hoping that Todd Marshall was going to be the now of their forward line last year instead of their far future, they were disappointed as they had to drop him by round 8 after three goals from six appearances. He returned in round 20 for three multiple-goal outings out of the last four, which is far more like the return they need from him as he doesn't contribute a lot else statistically.Since recruiting Charlie Dixon, Port's fortunes in attack have waxed and waned with his fitness, with everyone else playing support roles to the big bearded brute. Marshall is one of a number of options they have rotated through CHF in front of Dixon, none of which have impressed. At the age of 20 and underweight for that position by 5-10kg, it would be unfair to put a line through him. For fantasy, he's irrelevant. -
