    Hold on Dow stock
    Like his brother Paddy, Thomson Dow had an impressive junior career at a level where his slighter frame wasn't as much of an issue, though he also played a small forward role at times where he could be relied upon for a goal every game. His return at the Championships was about half that of his NAB League form, averaging 22 disposals at the latter level with a ratio skewed to handball.
    If Dow is indeed much like his Blue brother, he will have an upside which it will be difficult to see much of in his early years, especially on debut where he will look very much like the boy playing amongst men that he is. There are a few spots open in the midfield/forward rotation at the Tigers, though the club doesn't need to blood him early to generate excitement like a lesser club might. Hold off on him for now.
