    Grigg, the stop sign
    It's hard to pinpoint exactly where the 19 points that dropped off Shaun Grigg's fantasy average last year came from. The shape of his stat line stayed exactly the same, just less volume. His role in the team has evolved similarly to that of Shaun Burgoyne at the Hawks, in that he goes where he is needed rather than always where the ball is. He is set to miss round 1 and some time after with a knee joint issue that prevents him training fully.
    Perhaps that knee problem can be blamed, and if so it's a very bad sign that it has persisted into 2019. Grigg's shift from wing and back-up ruckman to more of a utility role has not endeared him to his fantasy owners, who would have paid a much higher price for him at the draft than his eventual worth in points on the board. They won't get bitten again, and his draft position should plummet through middle rounds as a consequence.
