A recurrent hamstring problem has restricted Marco Paparone to 10 senior and 14 NEAFL games in the last two years, after a full slate in the ones in 2015. At his best, he can play the seventh defender role in the manner of Dylan Roberton. His current contract runs to the end of 2018.Paparone is a sad story. Swinging doors saw Roberton make good on his potential but the Lion fail, so far. This is his last chance, so he'd better make best use of training with Luke Hodge to learn the craft and get his body right to fight his way back. Leave him undrafted. -
