TAGS (life club position role style health) (FF #41022) 2020 DT PRE-SEASON OUTLOOK (posted 6 Jan 2020) Jetta zooms further
One of the burning questions for fantasy coaches last year was who would benefit from the new kick-in rules which loomed as a rich source of cheap points for designated kickers, and at the Eagles it was Shannon Hurn and not Lewis Jetta who snaffled the spoils. Jetta's basic stat line did not deviate at all, though he enjoyed big jumps in rebound 50s and metres gained and actually went past his captain in the latter category. The Eagles have gotten away for a few years now with few injuries to their most important players, and Jetta is a major part of their structure providing run and carry off half back. His game is not predicated on massive amounts of stats cleaning up messes like Jake Lloyd, as he starts a bit higher and wants to be more damaging with ball in hand. This makes him a tough start in draft leagues, and barely draftable. -

PLAYER DISCUSSION • 20th time lucky, the AFL's most inaccurate kicker has finally done it. 1.19, and the crowd, i was there and i was deaf for 5 hours afterwards. - BenW - 171 months ago • oh man he hit the post from 30m out on sunday! just can't get it through the big sticks the poor bastard! kicks goals every week in the reserves... - Fireballz - 171 months ago • will he ever kick a goal? - MarkPlow - 172 months ago • Pretty much Goodes' replacement. Super skills, cant kick for goal at all - WillDel - 173 months ago • Still no goals!?! WTF 0.12!?! shocker Alex7089 the goal he kicked was pre season. - Gibblet - 173 months ago • and he has kicked a goal, according to m0nty. - Alex7089 - 173 months ago • because he has kicked 9 behinds.. clearly not a very good shot. - Alex7089 - 173 months ago • 0.9 for the season, how has this guy not kicked a goal yet!!! - Gibblet - 173 months ago • Monty. How can you suggest Jetta won't play Rd 1? He was selected by Roos to play Thursday arvo. - josh73 - 175 months ago • Why isnt Lewis dual position player? He is clearly a forward line player. - Pravis - 175 months ago • Lewis Jetta is a great prospect to play the full 22 rounds for the Swans. Bu Gary Rohan who is a bit more expensive, gets a lot more of the ball and will get more points which is what everyone is looking for. - SC Central - 176 months ago • Will average around DT 60 IMO. I expect him to have a similar first year to Alwyn Davey's first. He is not a massive possession winner (typically around 15 possessions), but can get good tackle counts on occassions and is a very capable goal kicker. - RCRM - 176 months ago • G Rohan will get more games - ffreak - 177 months ago • would expect him to get a gurnsey at the swans with his speed, something they are desperate for. - THE WARDEN - 178 months ago • is nothing like daniel rich. will play similar to bennell and the other jetta.average around 50 tops, thats if he gets a gig. - migman19 - 181 months ago • Consider for 2010 because he could be the next Daniel Rich. - BigV - 181 months ago
