Jed Lamb's impersonation of Annoying Orange to put James Sicily off his game in round 22 was his most useful contribution in 48 games at senior level, in which he has only broken 20 disposals twice and averages less than a goal per game as a nominal forward.Lamb is the sort of player that Carlton have been sloughing off their list since the Michael Malthouse era ended. However, he was given a new contract in the off season, suggesting that his coach liked what he saw in the Hawthorn game and wants him to play a role. It is not likely to interest fantasy coaches. -
