Talent has never been in doubt for Daniel Menzel. Following some good years post multiple knee reconstructions, his last season at Geelong was plagued by a groin issue, which was still bothering him in January. Menzel isn’t an immediate walk-up selection anyway, despite slotting 100 goals from his last 50 games as a Cat.Only once in has career has Menzel averaged above 70. He’s a dead-eye finisher who capitalises on every opportunity, and will bolster the Swans’ attack. Unfortunately that doesn’t translate to a fantasy-friendly game style. Pass on Menzel in the draft. -
