Been playing around with my team for a while and wanted some constructive advice.

Can't really fault it!
Would love to hear your thoughts on Murphy though surely there are better options than him!?

Like the pick of Walker...think he will bounce back to his 2013 best. The mid looks good but could you be disadvantaged to other teams with only the 4 premo mid?. Love the ruck...that is why I have got it!. Your forwards are really good as well. Nice team mate!

I like his consistency. Also, he could bring his game up to his '13 level of 98 as captain. Minimum of low 60s and I think he can avg 90-95

I think hes the safest for top 10 def around his price.

Thinking of another combo like hibberd and fisher/taylor.

Not sold on Smith yet.

Hurn although I don't like him is popular.
Hibberd may be around that price.
Taylor I think could be a great pick if he isn't playing a lock down role and cheaper.

Wanting to fit Fyfe in without compromising ideal bye structure

ideas?

Waters > Rookie
Watson > Fyfe

Waters probably 5-10pts better but fyfe makes up for it being 10-15pts better than watto.
Murphy is a bit too old IMO, wont go better than 85.
Apart from that, all good picks.
Don't need belly cover with premo rucks IMO

Really strong team!
As its been said I wouldnt go with Murphy but he could be a good POD for you, i'd go with someone like Hibberd, as i think his numbers will be better than last years.
You have a different ruck structure than most teams which can work, if you need cash i'd downgrade naitanui as hes too injury prone for my liking and take a chance on returning leuenberger or kruezer as it'll give you some cash to upgrade a mid rookie to a mid pricer. Really strong team, would love your thoughts on mine

Walker> Simpson: Mr Consistency will give us a guaranteed 95 avg
Krakouer> Biggs: Could replace Higgins as the running half back and avg 70+ to make some cash
Dumont> Fyfe: Extra firepower in the mids. I think hell go 125+ and will be striving not to get suspended and let down his team
Martin> Harper: Was playing 20+ games in 11-12 and was avg 65 unsubbed in '12. Dont know if he can make the stronger north side though and will sit at f7 for now.

From a quick glance you only have 3 premos in the defense and forward. Bit too much risk. I like the Newnes pick (I will start him) but I think he needs to be D4.

Too much cash at M6/M7. Downgrade one of them and bring in a premo defender for Waters or White X

Probably no point in picking Bellchambers at F4 if you are not going to start a mid priced ruck. Would be much stronger if you could bring in a Mid/Fwd DPP at F4.

DEF: starting with 3-ish Premos is a solid start. and you've chosen some great ones. Love simmo. Shaw will get better with more time with team mates, love the newnes pick, i think he can go 90+.

MID: Super strong midfield. Go hard or go home right?? great job

RUC: Love the GoldyNat combo. do you really need Belly with 2 set and forgets??

FWD: great fwd line, love the Buddy pick, i think he can continue his 113 avg after the bye form last year into this season.

overall great premos, and good structure.
