Terrible. Too many wasted picks on players who won't be the best in their position, or won't make any decent amount of cash.

Delete and start again.

Think it's fair to say, we have a little work to do here Ctp19.

Think we should always strive to start with 12 premiums.
Looks to be a few to many mid price players. It's always good to try and find mid price break out players but for every 1 gem we find, we seem to get 4 or 5 wrong.
There are some positives with your team but there is some huge risks here. Williams, McEvoy, Jetta, then there's 3 rookie listed players to finish off your forward line.
Have a look at some of the other teams posted here to try and to build a better structure.

11 - 12 prems, a few mid price players then rookies. Don't worry to much about the rookie's at this stage, we will know more about them as the season draws closer.

Good luck.

Alright mate go onto the heraldsun website look through the articles related to supercoach and there will be lists and lists of premos and rookies to select, one you come back you'll have a ripper team.

*trust the articles those people like we do know what's up*

Welcome aboard Ctp19 think you need to get rid of a lot of mid pricers and get some proven guns in all lines for example you only have Gray in the forwards and all the rest are very iffy when there are players like Deledio , Martin , Goddard to be had  ;)

I'll follow up with a little more advice.
Team structure is important but I guess there is many different opinions regarding the right structure.

Backline. I try to get 2 - 3 prems here. There is some value here this year with guys like Ibbo, Waters, Whitecross. these are some mid price players to consider. Finish off backline with 2 - 3 rookies.
Mids. I try to aim for 4 - 5 prems here. Could consider a couple of mid pricers then some rookies to finish up.
Rucks. Anyone's guess this year with the new ruck rules.
Forwards. We seem to be lucky here this year with some quality prems to pick from. Load up with 4 prems here and then we have some great rookie priced players to pick from. (Clark, Hogan.)

This structure is just my opinion, other coaches will have different ideas.
Hope this helps a little.

I find and many other coaches on this site find it is better to go with the super premiums and rookies as it is a better scoring/money making system. I would try and stick to maybe 1 pod in the forwards and mids and then go with premiums and rookies. Your defence is where you can go with your unique choices!
Not to be mean but I would start from scratch and go with a structure like:
3/2/3
5/6
Pretty much any rucks over 300k that you like.
4/1/3

That would be a good way to start.
Premium/mid pricer/rookie

Obviously you'll have different ideas like every one but that Is just a good start.

This bloke is obviously new, as he registered today, and this is his first crack at building a team for the season.

All you did is basically put him down and give no advice at all.

You always seem to contribute negatively to every thread and I don't believe anyone appreciates it.

Few good picks here
a few not so good

DEF Jaensch and Williams should be taken out for Waters and a premo. Vlaustuin could be a good pick, but switching him out for a rookie could be a good idea to get cash.
MID Harlett and Ziebell should be taken out for an under priced premo like Griff/cotch and a premo.
RUC Bicboy is injury prone and u cant go wrong with leuey/kreuz. Durdin could get games, but a fwd/ruc swinger is essential in any team at r3 like cox/read.
FWD could be restructured. Belly is a common feature in most teams and a few guns and rooks could complete the team.
