I'm struggling to find any real value in the 400-500k forward region except for Swan. Is it worth downgrading Callan Ward to a 550k midfielder in order to get Bennell or Franklin F3 or is there a forward that is worth getting around 400-500k. Would love to know people's thoughts. Thanks

Tom Mitchell, LeCras, Cooney, Cyril if you've got more balls than brains.

Cotchin + Buddy showers all over Ward + any of those guys though.

I used KB's link from another thread to find player prices

Dahlhaus, Bont, NRoo, Hoff, Chad, Ziebell, Petrie, Dev Smith, Gunston, Bruest, Pav, Hawkins, Daisy, Robbo, Taylor Walker, JJK, Matt Wright, Darling and JJK are probably the ones of note

Most of these guys I probably wouldn't touch but there is some decent value in certain guys

Dahl is certainly on the radar. Could the departure of Griffen and Cooney allow him to get more midfield time and increase in ouput.

JBs-Hawks

Holz

Jz has massive potential but up front I would pay 500k+ or pick up one of the many cheap forward options at sub 320k

Doggoneit

I will be keeping a close eye on Christensen - need to see his injuries are behind him - think he is a really good fit for the Lions.

Dahl is interesting - depends on what role the new coach wants him to play.
No doubt he was working towards more time through the middle but there is a plethora of young mids on the dogs list - will Bevo want to fasttrack some of them.

both of these guys are high on my watch list.

Keeper27

TBH i really like Walters.
played injured for some of last year.
Has shown he can ton it up, good for a few goals.
$383K for a bloke who IMO can go 90ish.

LAUGHING.

Money Shot

I just think there is too much skilled players this year to take a punt on guys like Dahls when there is more upside to an extra 50-100k on Martin, Lids, Goddard, Franklin and even Gray.

Dayze

I think Mitchell could be a very good pick for that price. Same with dev smith.

But it's a risk, and buddy dusty bennell swan Goddard and deledio are almost certainties. Not really worth having a punt

I would watch Cyril's preseason... 72%TOG in 2014 for 88 points. If he is "as fit as he's ever been" I reckon he's worth the risk even if you burn a trade.

Personally , he is one of the best players to watch. Excitement Machine.
But he will tear a hamstring !
