Samsturmfels

Apart from Cripps. Who else will be in close contention??

I'm really liking Gregson

Mailman the 2nd

#46
Hogan.

McIntosh has been pretty good as well but consistency over the year doesn't usually win, they favor heavily guys who start doing well about now

Edit: Thurlow as well but he falls in the McIntosh category

Dees start playing some easier teams now as well

I'm expecting a bag pretty soon

Mccarthy will probably kick more goals but Hogan gets much more of the ball, takes more marks and does it against the opposition's best defender every week.

Mailman the 2nd

Yeah McCarthy is very good too

Hogan nominated this week  :P

Thought Brayshaw was better tbh - Will be his turn soon enough though  8)

I keep saying it, but I don't think people take the magnitude of my words seriously enough.

I LOVE Hogan. It took 4 games for him to reach Nathan Jones-level of love.

He's just everything I need in a man-crush. Dissing Boyd and all.

Haha I love him too and I don't even go for Melbourne, though they are my second team (family comittments and know a couple who play for them). I've said it a bit he's the best 'first year' (since was injured most of last year) player I've ever seen, he does it all, kicks accurately, crashes packs, does all the hard things too smothers etc. All this taking the number 1 defender and having a shower load of expectation. For me he absolutely has to win the rising star, playing the hardest position on the ground against the number 1 defender.

Jezza Cameron?

Yeah, I reckon Hogan is the best first year player since this guy tbh.
