Thanks mate,
Lots of nice Pods in there , which are great.
I would definitely get 5 premos in the mids to gain a  good stsrt.
Plus I wouldn't have all three of Kelly , Martin and Lennon.
Have a play with that.
Also Goodes is on the Rookie list , so I would look elsewhere.
[/quote]Generally I try to aim for a 5 premo mid although with the inflation of rookies it gets harder every year. I'm more confident in Josh Kelly than the other 2, probably preferring Lennon over Martin at this stage.

With the defence I'll be on the drawing board for the next 71 days.

Hey Mate ,
I am very keen on an initial mid price defense structure.
Also looking at a couple of Giants initially with their opening rounds.
Guys like Henderson and waters in Def.
Greene or Treloar in mids.
I like Smith in attack but I think you need to look at Swan , Lids , BJ , Martin to sure up some keepers.
I am starting Rocky and Gazza aswell.Great move , so hard to get these big guns later
Have a play with it and get back to us.
Thanks mate. Will have a play after around tomorrow.
OK, had a bit more of a play with it and have come up with;

DEF: Hodge, Shaw, Mayes, R. Henderson, Colquhoun, Z. Jones (Dick, Fuller)

Hey DT
Nice defensive strategy allowing you to hit the points elsewhere.
I would probably only make one structual change ,
Franklin to rook allowing you to get another mid premo which I feel needs another to sweeten things up in the engine room.
Apart from that mate , really good.

Hey mate, would love any sort of feedback or advice.

DEF: Simpson, B.Smith, Newnes, Yeo, Seedsman, Z.Jones (Clurey, Dick)
MID: Rockliff, Ablett, Pendlebury, Wines, Van Berlo, Rich, Freeman, Cripps (Dumont, Vandenberg)
RUCK: Bellchambers, Kreuzer (Griffin, King)
FWD: Deledio, Franklin, D.Smith, Swan, J.Kelly, Membrey (M.Clark, Markworth)

Cash left: $2000

Have been tinkering the team daily and still undecided on some players such as whether to go Smith or Jaensch, Yeo/Seedsman or Henderson/Waters. And just recently decided to go Rockliff/Ablett/Pendles/Wines over Ablett/Barlow/Pendles/Heppell but had to downgrade Goddard to D.Smith so I'd also appreciate your opinion on those moves.
Thanks in advance!

GM

Overall quite strong mate.
I have always said you should study hard , listen to any advice , re study then go with your gut.
I would definitely have Beau Waters if named Rd 1.
Seed to waters would allow Smith to Goddard maybe , and personally I think a Boomer or Dusty would be a better option initially
in AF & DT than Buddy.
I am Going Treloar initially so he may be a though rather than Olilie.
Mainly because of their opening couple of games.

hi there after a little feed back.
I made a few changes to see how my team would look with rockliff and ablett.
So as a result my back line is very weak.
Any advise would be great

Hey mate
Quite a different look here
I would  think your backline leaves your side vulnerable.
I am of the opinion you can go mid price there to compete but you will need a Waters and Henderson types after 2 locks.
I'm not sure James Kelly will cut it but it will be a pod.
I also think a forward line will need a Goddard , Martin or Lids to start as they will be Top 8 end of year
But you do have a unique team which could pay off.

Hey mate nice to hear from you Colli.
Structure looks great mate
A couple of points , not sure if White x will be right for rd 1 so him to a rook and ibbo to a Newnes type would work.
Also I think Griff will pick up a tag so to look at Treloar or Greene would work also.
Nicr fwd line mate , Adams is interesting , a Devon Smith type might be worth s look at.

Thanks Mate, made the change in DEF, as suggested, will have a look at griff and adams, problem is they cant both go UP, one has to downgrade to upgrade the other, hasn't griff always copped a tag? and adams could be good with ball and beams gone. unsure, pies are a mystery even to me :)

Cheers for the advise Gm
I had a little bit of a tinkering with my team.
Managed to get a little bit of depth in my back line and goddard up front. Also got a few new rookies in can't wait for the games to start.

GM

Mids and fwds look really strong buddy..
Perhaps  a bit of money from the mid to prop up def would be worth a look.
