Did I or did I not call Rampe? :P thankya very much crowls!
Rampe average of 80 without playing that role also is very nice aswell has huge potential.
Taylor and Thompson I worry about because I'm not sure about their capacity to go 95+.
Keep a keen eye on Vlastuin. If Martin, Deledio, Cotchin continue to spend significant time up forward Vlastuin will slot righ in for an average of 90+.

350-450k:
Newnes, Docherty, Rampe, Vlastuin

Otherwise 3 premiums and waters. I'm thinking play backline safe.

The way I see the Swans situation working out is one of 3 different possibilities.

1. The most likely, McVeigh goes to half back in a more permanent role and a mid comes in like Mitchell/Heeney.

2. Laidler comes in to play tall and Rampe plays loose with Shaw with McVeigh just rotating off the back flank

3. Zak Jones solidifies his spot in the 22 and Shaw becomes the number 1 runner out of defense.

Alex Johnson will come in, only reason Z.Jones played in 2015 was because Johnson did his ACL

Also hearing word that Nic Newman is a strong chance to feature. Elite left foot kick and won the rising star equivalent in VFL. However, he went in for minor knee surgery that will set him back to late Jan and this will hamper his progress a little.

But I do think number 1 will happen. Does this make McVeigh relevant as a premo mid?

Jones and Johnson play different positions. Laidler was the Johnson position and he did another ACL, Jones is your mid/half back type of guy.

I wouldn't think so, your elite defenders will only score around 100-105, your elite mids you want around 115+

Any love for Howe in 2015, is there much room for an increase in output SC wise? Didn't get to see too many Melb games in 2014.

Howe is on my watchlist - awkwardly priced.  The bonus is that Roosey is talking of putting him back in the forward line this season - Dawes and Hogan would take the top two defenders and Howe will be taking screamers and running through the midfield.  If he lines up in NAB cup in the forward group he will be definite value - if he is left in defence leave him alone.

Money Shot

Harry Taylor
Jack Newnes
Scott Thompsom
Shaun Higgins
Dane Rampe
They are the guys I see going 85+ from under 450k.

Taylor going to say no, just not much upside from 2015. 85 is a max for him.
Newnes breakout for sure, I'd say 93-99. Could only go high 80s though. Has to play true mid.
Thompson, yes I think 90+ definitely this year. I think Durdin will play key from the get go and Thompson will be freed up.
Which leads me to Higgins not going to get much at HB while Thompson is floating.
Rampe, said from the start he shoul take HB role, 79 ave in defensive role is phenomenal.

Taylor and Higgins too risky
Other 3 have risk but it's got more positives than negatives IMO

Why Durdin over JTip? (From NM match committee perspective)

He reads the flight of the ball better than most. Knows how to judge a clean line in to packs for contested grabs.

He's at least 2 pre seasons away from not bouncing straight off the hard bodies. Unless North can free up a selleys gap filler roaming tall role like the Hoff I just don't see it happening much in 2015.

so much rampe love ... another lover here
