Really like it mate,
DEF: Like all the picks, can't fault it at this stage
MID: Strong again, three round 12 premium bye players but not a huge worry, good to see you have gone for the expensive rooks so you won't be shocked if no cheapies arise...Very keen on JPK and if I take a third r.12 bye mid will be out of Barlow/Pendles
RUC: Stock standard...cover is a worry of course but Sauce could be a very handy POD
FWD: Another solid line, I think you need Swan though, worse comes to worse he averages 90 but is still more than capable of 110+ IMO, big believer that he still has it...Like Lynch as well, a good chance to go 85 odd and will be unique outside of those in the know

Keep an eye on the byes is all I can say at this stage

Mr.Craig

Cheers ADEZ. I'll probably give it another look in the next few days.

Not a bad team Craigy,

Only comment and just personal is it worth substituting Nankervis with Cox and bringing a R/F into your forward line. just think with the 1 ruck bench DPP becomes important.

I see your point. I guess my thinking is Sydney will hopefully wake up and realise they need genuine support for Pyke. Naismith seems like the better tap ruck but Nankervis has some good attacking qualities.

DPP is probably the way to go, as long as you actually have the forward bench to support that.

DPP Links - RUC/FWD, MID/FWD, DEF/MID

I guess the main concern with this team is the lack of forward premos. I don't mind it though.

I like the midfield and forward line of the latest one with the backs and rucks of your previous one.

I don't think that all fits together though.

pommyadam

I'd switch Cox to Nankervis personally,
cause I think you'll be trading Leuey anyway if he gets injured (via Lycett DPP) and then at least Nankervis has a chance of gametime

unless you think that shower will hit the fan simultaneously, in which case that DPP could be invaluable

and having owned him, I'm not the fan of Goddard right now, so I'd switch to Swan/DSmith instead (which allows you to make that above move)

Mr.Craig

Not sure how I feel about this one.

The only thing I would consider with your side is to maybe drop Adams to a rookie and then use the cash to bolster D5/D6

It is a very good side Craigy.

Mr.Craig

Mid bench looks a bit weak too. Cox at R3 is no good now that I don't have a DPP link.

There's a few things to work on.

AaronKirk

To me the rookies don't seem to be bad on the mid bench.

Vandenberg could play from Round One for Melbourne, Steele could get early games and Dumont is liked by the North Melbourne Supporters.

Boekhorst from Carlton should get games early and all indications are that Krakouer will be promoted and play early at Port Adelaide @ $108,900.

Not much you can do about R3 unless a rookie ruck bobs up and plays round one which is highly unlikely.
