I really like this team Keeper

Yes you don't have Gazza, and you don't have Deledio or Goddard, but I really like what you've done here. I could never start without Ablett, but I understand your reasoning for it

Titch is very high on my radar too, and I will happily start him if he looks good during the NAB and is locked into the 22

Get rid of Nathan Brown. He is irrelevant to SC. Either hope a rookie pop ups or find cash for Whitecross if he gets in rd1

Jack Steven is an option to consider over Swallow if you need to find some extra cash

Get rid of Nathan Brown.

not a fan of browny too, but he's surely to play.
sure i'd love a rookie to pop up here and there but no rookie are locked yet so go browny for now.

cuz_crew

wow... where do I start here?

Birchall bad. heaps more consistant defensive fantasy options

Hurn bad. heaps more consistant defensive fantasy options

Newnes really bad. Why do you want to spend $436K on a player who hits 60 - 80???

Brown bad. $146K on a player who will score less than a rookie who costs less is dumb.

No Ablett no clue.

Swallow isnt proven. risky.

Rucks are good but perhaps you over spent on Goldy. Lue or Krue might have been a smarter option.

Anyone can get forwards righ this year as there are so many to choose from... except T.Mitchell... wait until he is given consistant games before bringing him in.

over all I give your team 2 out of 10...

If I were you I would reset the team and start again.

try copying a decent team like other noobs do.

Not sure if srs

Not bad keeper, Ablett is a must, 100%. So find away to get him in, like barlow a lot but not too keen on swallow.

Pretty standard and nice nonetheless

BYES: 9/12/9

Finally happy with this team.  ;D
i feel that i've got a good mix of Premiums/rookies.

DEF: Smith will increase his avg with more midfield time. Shaw is consistently good for 90+.
Hurn has avg 87.5 the last 6 seasons. Take out his Injured 7 last year and he avg's 91.64 CONSISTENT.
Newnes will increase his avg with more midfield time. Waters is a lock in most teams.
I know Brown sucks but he's a lock to play, until a genuine rookie pops up he'll stay in the squad.
Rookies: due to the lack of options down back rookies are limited.

MID: OK OK, i crumbled and starting with Gazza. Pendles perma-VC.
Starting 5 premos (2 x Super/1 x top tier/2 x 2nd tier).
Barlow will be a TOP 10 MID (115-120).
since his Rnd 10 bye till the SC finals he went mental. avg 116.36
with no injuries his 78.7 TOG % should increase and so will his avg.
Crouch& swallow are guns, i expect them to realistically go 105-110.
Swallow is a TRUE BEAST.
Since 2011, he has led the competition in average tackles (7.1 a game) and is third for clearances (6.7).
From his return in round nine last year, Swallow led North in contested possessions, clearances and tackles.
Champion Data stats also show that North scored from 30% of Swallow's clearances last year (the equal eighth-highest percentage of the competition's top 50 clearance-winners) and his clearances generated more points than any other player in the AFL from Rnd 9-23 (123, 25 more than the next best player).
Rookies: Gone for the more expensive guys, better to DG than to ruin my structure to UG.

RUC: Standard Set & Forget. NO TBC EVER
Rookies: Nil.

FWD: Dusty to spend more time in the mids = more points.
NRoo isnt a "keeper" but his fast starts and quick cash gain is the reason for starting him, quick upgrade to a real Premo.
NRoo avg's 110 over the first 6 rounds the last 3 years, and against the first 6 opponents over the last 3 years he's avg 109.7
Swanny underpriced, wont go back to 120+ avg of the last 5 seasons before last but will surely go 100+
1st tier for 2nd tier money. YES PLEASE. LOCKED.
TMitch. underpriced and IMO will go 90ish. good 2nd tier premo.
Rookies: Standard

14/15 KEEPERS including Gazza to start the season off strong.

Players I'm Keeping An Eye On:
Bontempelli & Yeo.
Been reading from a lot of fans on other sites that it's more than likely that these guys will play mids.
i know fan opinions usually means sh!t, but we'll just see how it pans out.
If they get Midfield roles i think they'll jump 90+

Thoughts?? opinions?? feedback greatly appreciated.

It would be safe to say, you have 15 keepers here.

D1-4 will go 90+
M1-5&r1&2 will go 105+
F1-4 should go 90+

Mitchell even if he does play he will be restricted as a forward. Not sure what his output will be like.
Like this A LOT though!

Like the team!

I wanna pick nroo also for his fast starts but not sure if I wanna theb trade out again? It's either him or buddy as the only KPP and buddy wins for mine

Interested to know cash in bank? Assuming it is a low amount

If you need 100k ... I would honestly consider going titch to jack Martin .... Then you could use 50k for brown to whitecross and 50k for cockatoo if playing prob makes the team look more solid or 90k for rookie to van berlo/Newton/Bradshaw/acres

Great team! Don't agree with the Riewoldt selection though. Think Goddard/Deledio/Bennell/Buddy are all just as likely to average 110 across the first 10 rounds, but then you don't have to trade them!

Not sure I'd start both Crouch AND Swallow either. They're both good picks, but Selwood, Rocky & Fyfe are all anywhere between 10-20 ppg better players than them. I doubt you'll end up with all 3 of them with only 3 spots to fill, let alone guys like Sloane and JPK. And if you plan to, what happens when a bargain pick <500k comes along? Either miss out or miss out on a top 5 mid. I think many more great bargains will come up during the year (eg Priddis, Goddard) that you don't need to go starting 2 of them.

i wanted buddy too due to his amazing avg after his bye, i know he started slow last season but he's more settle into that super sydney squad now and i think he'll continue on. NRoo is a stepping stone, hoping he starts huge again, i think by rnd 6 he can get up to $550K +

fair enough, i think he'll start on fire again and i'll bring in one of those guys. The money isnt wasted it's well spent else where (extra premo mid)

i've gotten Joelwood the last 2 seasons midway when he's dropped in price and i'll do that again this season.
Rocky. hmmm... love the bloke and started with him last season, but i dunno how he'll go with that stacked midfield. just a wait and see situation.

Crouch and Swallow are priced @ 95 ppg. I really do think with full preseasons they'll go 105-110.

Money Shot

Pretty solid team.
Sit on until the nab cup in my opinion.
