There is no chance of all 3 of them playing in the one match. West will only play if one (or possibly both) of them get injured. And plus, he's still recovering from a knee injury IIRC.

West will come in if injuries occur. Will not be ready for round 1 as still getting over injury. If injury occurs early we may be in strife with West not match fit but we do have Smith on the rookie list.
