Ask an obvious question, get an obvious answer

You where looking for the non sheep cool guy response?

1. D.Smith
2. L Dalhaus
3. T Cloke
4. T Hawkins
5. M.Clark
6. C Rioli

Happy now meow?  :P

It's not obvious though. This time last year you probably wouldn't have included Gray in your top 15 list. Someone will jump up. People seem to base 95% of their decision on the season just gone, and write off guns due to age and they keep backing it up year after year.

Like why will Swan @ 31 automatically jump into the top 6 but Bartel and Boomer will fall for sure?

Pkbaldy

1. Swan (Will be back this year.)
2. Franklin (Year after a new club, still done super well. Will top himself again)
3. Deledio ( Great player should go back to his usual good scores after an odd year)
4. Smith (Freak will become a staple in the forward-line in years to come)
5. LeCras (Will get mid time if the WCE don't get too many injuries.)
6. Goddard (Will be around the 105-110 mark again. Still a required player IMO)

Close to getting voted; Gray, Roughie, Harvey and then Martin.

Personally because...
Swan had posted 5 seasons of 117+ prior to this year
Lids player with a foot injury all year and still ave 103... expecting improvement
Goddard went at 107 unsubbed and, and 106 the year before... expecting similar
DMartin has gone 99, 88, 102, 100 in last four... so expecing a breakout year
Gray coming off a 111ave... hard to see him drop enough to fall out of top 6
and unsure about the last spot.

Bartel will have to increase his output to stay inside the top 6 and Harvey at 37yrs old will have to maintain this years form. Hard to see it happening

Bones Bombers

BAA!
I plan to start with Lids, BJ, Swan and Martin and expect Gray and Buddy to be the two I bring in if possible.

Ringo

Usually do not look at Swan as he scores better in AF/DT than SC.  However with him getting Mid/Fwd DPP and if he can recover form of previous years which he should by his own admission.

The Top 6 Forwards from this completed season and their averages were:
Gray 111
Parker 108.5
Harvey 107.7
Dangerfield 105.6
McGlyn 99.9
Franklin 99.9
Martin 99.5

Delidion and Goddard both averaged over 102 so would be in top 6 as well.

Well there you go, just replace the players who lost fwd eligibility with the best who gained it. Parker, Danger, McGlynn out-Lids, BJ, Swanny in and that's the most obvious top 7.

Bartel averaged 102.1, soo much disrespect for Jimmy

Dusty needs one super premo season before he joins those names let alone Boomer status.

I have Bennell over Dusty at this stage. However, I'll probably just start Gray, BJ, Lids & Swan, then get in 2 of Bennell/Buddy/Dusty in a wait and see approach.

Would have made for a much more interesting year if they didn't hand out DPP status so easily, would have loved to mull over guys like Dahl, Smith, Walters...

Ricochet

Personally think this is even more interesting. There are so many decent options this year that teams will be really unique.  Some will back the older stars and some will back potential breakout players
