Anderson
Karneziz
Brown
Cripps
Lambert
Lang
Cockatoo
Clark
Garlett
Miller

I see all of them lining up for there clubs round 1 and think they will all score nicely also.

YoungGun

Anderson could churn out some stellar scores but I just dont know if I can pick him. Feel like he will burn me by playing a few games and then being relegated to the seconds for a month

Yeah I'm on the same boat he is the best chance at averaging really well but he could do nothing at all  :-[

The problem is Anderson is u want him picked for round 1 ... If he plays round 1 I have no doubt he will score well and retain his spot ... Can't afford to pick him and him take up a rookie mid spot when he isn't generating cash .. I am picking him

Has Green Vest written all over him.

Biggs is looking good now that libba is out

Biggs was always looking good as a hungry young player starved of opportunities but coming from a top notch system in the Swans.

I've had him locked in from the start, but wondering why he didn't play yesterday?

+1 and we need to find out why.

If Darcy Lang can break into the Cats best 21 he could be a nice pick up for SC. He was super impressive

I agree and disagree with that.

He's the kind of guy who brings that immediate impact you want from a sub, however after so long out of the game Hawthorn really need to get minutes into him and build his experience. Best case scenario is Langford 2014, worst case scenario is Hartung 2014. I'm still unsure how it will all play out. A pre season injury to a mid/winger/half forward type player would massively improve his JS, not that I'd wish something like that.

Just thinking about this, that would mean one of Smith or Hill would have to miss extended time?

I think he can play through the mid rotation even playing in the square at times, he seems to have a versatility to him and he busts his ass running so if there is a spot available in the midfield I can see Anderson grabbing it

I think it might be worth posting the GF team to see how he breaks in

Birchall Lake Gibson
Suckling Stratton Mitchell
Lewis Langford Hill
Hodge Roughy Smith
Big Boy Gunston Breust
Hale Shiels Burgoyne
Spang Cyril Puopolo Duryea

You now have Chip coming over (although he and Anderson are different players) so one of the bigs drops out. Simpkin is another that would be fighting for a spot if say Shiels gets injured. Whitecross is another coming back from a long lay off. Looking at that team, unless Cyril has the hammy go ping or Shiels misses games with injury (like he has the last few) I can't see Whitecross or Anderson breaking in and I am a huge fan of Anderson

Based on this ... And given his job security is 100% ... Surely Nathan brown must be picked even for a bench spot ... Surely 50-60s would be good enough as that would be all we would be likely for from a cheap defence rookie ? Thoughts

yeah i'm locking him in, not much point in picking a guy who gets a couple of 70's then gets dropped

sammy123

Brown a definite lock at D7, just don't expect anything over 60avg
