Pretty good insight into the rookies who will most likely get elevated

Miller is looking the goods as well tonight. I think with the Suns struggling in the small forward department with players not named Matera (Hall has been inconsistent and Sumner is not AFL standard) he should get a gig. I have Tom Lamb in my forward line currently and Lambert in the mids so I think it is going to between those two guys for a spot in my side

RaisyDaisy

I've had Miller on my mid bench for as long as I can remember

Eade just said that Miller, Saad and Garlett are all a chance to line up rd1

They asked about Miller after discussing Garlett previously, and then he just mentioned Saad without being asked

Reckon Miller and Saad are near locks

Just following up from this

http://www.afl.com.au/news/2015-03-21/eade-unsure-of-best-22

Although Eade isn't quoted in the article as saying it, the article does say:

While the likes of draftee Touk Miller and certain rookie elevation Adam Saad inked their names into Gold Coast’s round one team to play Melbourne, a number of their teammates did the opposite

Saad and Miller continued their strong pre-seasons and Eade said they would be there against the Demons.

Who is on GC's LTI list for Saad to come up?

Gigantor

If they are both named along with GAJ and Omeara then I think they are locks

We were discussing this last night, and there is no LTI

Not 100% certain, but think it has something to do with the Veteran List

We do know however that there is a spot available for him

Cant see O'Meara lining up rd1

Thank-you Saad & Miller, I can at least stick with my defensive structure now. D6 - Saad, D7 - Brown, D8 - Goddard or Hamling.

Sheehan is the guy I would have elevated as well. Unfortunately Warnock injured his shoulder against the Pies last week, I am not sure how serious it is but with no Kreuz that means Wood probably has to get elevated

I'm starting to think more and more we might have a few rookie defenders play round one which means not so many mid pricers, YAY!!!!  atm ive currentlyy got 2 defensive rookies starting on the field. Am i  crazy? which of the guys can play round one? i'm thinking quite a few.

Gigantor

cortez

anyone got any thoughts on playing a few rookie defenders?

barlowlove

N.Brown will play
Saad should play
Mcintosh and Hamling could be a chance
Not looking good for Goddard at this stage
Edwards and dalgleish if Essendon get suspensions will both play but for how long
