DEF: B.Smith, H.Shaw, M.Hibberd, B.Waters, B.Whitecross, M.Dick (H.Goddard, D.McKenzie)
MID: G.Ablett, S.Pendlebury, N.Fyfe, P.Dangerfield, T.Cotchin, A.Brayshaw, I.Heeney, N.Freeman (B.Boekhorst, J.Steele, K.Lambert)
RUC: N.Naitanui, M.Kreuzer (M.Cox)
FWD: B.Deledio, B.Goddard, L.Franklin, D.Swan, C.Petrarca, M.Clark (J.Hogan, N.Krakouer)
$11,700

Liking this structure at the moment, only players i'm really set on at the moment are Gaz/Pendles/Fyfe and the Lids/BJ/Buddy/Swanny, rest will all swap in and out multiple times i'm sure.

Two very injury prone ruckmen so you would need better cover if you were to start with them.

Very good side very similar to mine which I have not yet posted.
I would look at getting ruck cover and what I would do is a straight swap for Ryder as he will score well and be great cover.

$14,900

In essence:
Out: Petrarca, Brayshaw
IN: Bellchambers, Dumont

Bellchambers provides ruck cover via Cox

Looks good mate, defence a bit of a worry but all 3 other lines look tops!

Like the Cotch and Danger picks, takes balls but both capable of 110.

This team is almost identical too mine.
I like it and I see why going cheap in defence is the best option as there isn't many proven players.
But I'm not sure the byes would be in your favour as mine are something like 10/14/6 so just play around a bit more.

Thanks guys, a thought too maybe strengthen the backline, pre-season form permitting of course, would be to drop Shaw and Whitecross for Mayes and Ibbotson.

Would leave the defence:
Smith, Hibberd, Mayes, Ibbotson, Waters, Dick (McKenzie, Saad)

Id prefer Shaw and Whitecross 95+70= 165 where as Ibbo and Mayes 75+75=150 that's what I think it would be like anyways and you also get a extra premium.

Quite a few think Whitecross will not be best 22. Think Ibbo and Mayes both chances to average well above 75 as well, i'll have to monitor them through pre-season of course though to get some idea where they are playing and how they are going

Whitex is best 22 if fit. Good decision maker, good tank, good disposal.

Come up with a more guns n rooks type team, think its pretty strong with 14 premo's and one or two midpricers.

DEF: Smith, Shaw, Hibberd, Birchall, Waters, Dick (McKenzie, Saad)
MID: Ablett, Pendlebury, Fyfe, Dangerfield, Cotchin, Heeney, Boekhorst, Freeman (Dumont, Steele, Lambert)
RUC: Naitanui, Bellchambers (Cox)
FWD: Deledio, Goddard, Franklin, Swan, Clark, Hogan (McLean, Krakouer)
$200

Love the team can't fault any of the picks.
Need ruck cover though.
