Really thought Howe could get FWD/DEF status

He only played two games as a pure forward I think - He played as a swingman for another 3 games or so but he played the majority of the year in defence.

Could R O'Brien (Adel) R/F $117,200 become the most popular  R.3   ?   With any of the playing R/F's  starting up forward and all going well perhaps end as finals time bench cover. And what structure for the mids this season ?  Personally hoping for 5 or 6 playing rookies to  plant in defence then stack the forward line with mids and the mid with 5 super prems. Aren't early SC days and wet dreams bloody marvellous ??      ::) ??? :) ;)

Collingwood have alot of value picks in the fwd line. Swan, Taylor Adams, Josh Thomas and Ben Kennedy all have the potential to improve from this season

I reckon Crisp will be a very good player, but 414k at this early stage - no way

In terms of value for money forwards, Tom Mitchell and Michael Walters stand out as value for money picks who I will keep an eye on
