We will go with the 24 hour/2 hour rule! If you don't pick a player in 24 hours, or within 2 hours of having logged on in that time, you get automatically selected the next highest averaging SC player from last year. If no players remaining have an average, you get the next youngest player.

Yeah but a draft time wasn't specified when this whole idea was brought up, IIRC there were suggestions of late January. I only got back from holidays last night to find my draft had already started, tabs may be away as well. So highest averaging player is definitely fair.
