Sort of borrowing from Torp's idea, but how about we 'Draft' AFL teams?

So draft 1 gets first pick, selects Hawthorn/. Draft 1 will also get pick 12...

Draft 2 gets 2nd pick, selects Gold Coast. Draft 2 will also get pick 11...

The remaining 6 teams randomly applied.

Would require some organision within the draft, but could work?

How about I just nominate one person from each draft? That person doesn't know whether they'll get pick 1 or pick 8, so it shouldn't be a bias thing
