We were saying the same thing about Sandi last preseason

This! We were all expecting him to avg 85-90, then trade him up around his bye, but he goes on an becomes the perfect accompaniment to Big Sauce Jacobs.

Waters I see more avging 75-85, and unless he goes down with injury, I see him as being more than likely a handy D6 or D7 as back up for your finished Defence line.

In my team still.

So... are we saying that Waters so called injury was as real as Griffen having a dodgy back and Fyfe doing a hammy  :P

Personally, if he plays at least 1 NAB game, then is named Rnd 1, he's in.

Sandi got through the majority of the pre-season unscathed and was pretty durable most of his career with a history of premium seasons.

Waters already had a hiccup to go along with his constant injuries through his career and only 1 premium season in the past

Agreed. If Waters is named round one he is in my side.

All the news about Sandi was of confidence and having a straight run at it.

All the word about Waters is will he hang on.

I've had waters in then out of my side, but if he gets thru nab cup and lines up in R1 i'll probs put him back in D6

Grufflez

It's a shame because i had Martin ahead of him since late December looking at the tigers opening draw i hoped he would get tagged and drop price, now a lot of people have jumped on Martin after good reports/more mid time and this injury scare to lids.

I was tossing up between him and Nicholls but now it looks like Leuenberger has taken Kreuzer's spot

Kreuzer has a stress fracture in his foot and will miss the opening rounds.... great

Just dandy.,. There goes my fantasy combo ha, belly will need to come in now. Doesn't effect my rdt or SC but as I wasn't going to risk injury prone players. Cough cough.

Kreuzer may miss more than six weeks

MATTHEW Kreuzer could be sidelined for longer than six weeks by the latest setback to his troublesome right foot, Carlton's head of football Andrew McKay says.

Kreuzer has been ruled out until at least the early rounds of the season after scans revealed a hairline fracture to his fifth metatarsal.

The 200cm big man suffered the injury after "an unfortunate movement of the foot" during an intra-squad match on Thursday and is expected to be in a moon boot for four to six weeks.

Hopefully misses more, then could be a downgrade option to make some coin for fantasy!
