I hope they don't have the round 1 trade fest and just allow the normal 2. I had a great round 1 team then all of a sudden everyone else's team looked a lot like mine and a few trade bombs later I was gawn for the season. Having said that if they don't have that rule this year my team will most likely be crap lol ::)

Had the same problem, in the end i had to cut him as he hadn't joined yet and i had no way to contact him. Didn't want to but for the sake of 17 other coaches i felt i had no choice.

For me it comes down to 17 or 16 coaches besides me and the legitimacy of the league and it's ability to rank ok should his team be a Ghost ship. Try coaches box in the league,send him a message if you get no reply then nobody would /should critic you for removing and replacing him GM.

I didn't like doing it as i said but he hadn't joined yet so was simpler for me.
