Obviously this is fa planner so not everything is 100%!

I have gone with a very balanced team at the moment. 4 premiums in every position except ruck haha! I have got basically the best rookies available in my opinion and think I'll get what I'll pay for, wait until selections of course to make final decisions on rookies etc.

Nice defence. If NDS gets DEF, would you then aim to swap one of Simpson/Birchall for him? That'd be really good IMO
4 super premo mids, what I'm probably gonna do with my team I reckon as I'm starting to reconsider starting Rich or not
Lock in Goldy! Will be the #1 ruck this year in SC. I prefer Leuey over Kreuzer myself, but that's mostly bias I reckon haha
Apart from McCartin, that is the exact same forwards as me. So, obviously, I hate it ;) I'd drop McCartin for a cheaper rookie though, as he's a KPP and first year, probably won't score too well. Then add to that the high pricing of first round draftees, can't see him making much cash either.

Nice team overall, really like it :)

like your defence, try colqhoun to a rookie maybe hamling/smith/goddard if you want one who's a chance of playing...? could use some cash on the rucksss.
I tend to like that midfield im not even sure why as im a big fan of finding 5 premos. Maybe because no chance of it backfiring.
Goldstein is the best value!
Got the best forwards there pretty much! just watch 3 rd 12 premo's up fwd... Mccartin to membrey imo who is 130k will probably play.
give you 160k to play around with...

Yeah cheers both of you! I tend to agree with basically everything you are saying. Rookies will most likely change, Mccartin is one who will probably go as he won't score much most likely as a KPP. I'll keep playing until it finally opens and we can see the real stuff. Thanks boys :)

Maybe Birchall to Dal San To if dpp
Usually I like 5 premos but with that midfield you will do fine.
Rucks are great!
Forwards are strong but I would go McCartin to Membrey also.
Can't really fault it.

I have a little concern with rockliff , need to add redden , rich , beams , cristo , Robinson into that midfielder/half fwd/half back area . . More players who will take points . .

Yeah people often say that but lets just look at Sydney. JPK, Hannerz, Mcveigh, Jack, Parker and they all seem to average 100+ with ease! I think Rocky will go 115-130 comfortably!

Sydney win every week though so take a bigger slice of the points.
So many players rotating through the mids and Rockliff is very handy forward so may be pushed there at times which won't be good for his scores.
Still likely to average 115-130 as you said but all he would need is to average 120 in the early part of the season and would still suffer a significant price drop

just a couple of observations:
Colquhuon is injured so may need to replace.
Pendles, Ablett and Fyfe share the Round 12 bye.

Set and forget rucks comes at the expense of midfield. Only going with a 4 prem 4 rookie midfield is very risky.
2 schools of thought here set and forget and use trades if injury comes or set and forget but use the R/F DPP to give cover for short term injuries both have pros and cons so GWYG here.

Would look at restructuring team to see if you can bring in another mid prem or mid pricer, Keep an eye on Van Berlo as he may represent better value than a rookie.

Hey guys, my most recent team. Have had waters at D5 for most of the time but just moved him to D4 to allow another premo mid. Mids look killer I reckon? Thoughts? Trying to get the cash for NVB! Thanks

Only issue as I see it now Jack is that 4 of your gun mids have the Round 12 bye. You could replace with guys like Sloane, Priddis or similar with byes in Round 11 or Round 12.
And when you add Hibberd, Goodard, Franklin and Swan that gives you 8 prems out in Round 12. maybe tweak a little.
