2014 Review:
JPK is possibly the premier inside midfielder of the comp, he is the definition of power. In 2014 he averaged 105 DT, 29 disposals (12k. 17 hb.), 3 marks and 6 tackles. There isn't much analysis to be done for JPK, his position is set, will avoid most tags and has played at an elite level for the past 3 years, poor k;hb ratio unfortunately. He is incredibly durable, the two games he missed at the end of this year are the only he has missed since his move from Hawthorn at the end of 2009. Has shown he can hit the score board 27 to his name in 2012.

Fantasy-wise, JPK shot back to DT relevance this year with a personal best year. Like Sydney, his first few weeks weren't the best (by his lofty standards) but he quickly turned it around by averaging 114 over his remaining 16 games notching up captain worthy scores 120+ six times and dropped below the ton 3 times for a low of 88. This run saw his season average leap to 110 coming into round 21 where he unfortunately (or fortunately for us, unless you had $$ on him for Charlie :-[) he injured his hamstring and was rested for the final 2 rounds to return for the finals where he posted respectable scores of 93, 103 and 100. This injury affected game dropped his season average to 105. Using Fantasy's magic number, he is $26,500 under-priced.

Fixture:
As expected, Sydney have a reasonably tough fixture but this will not bother JPK, the teams he plays twice (and 2014 scores) are:
Hawks: 139, 101, 100
Port: 94, 110
Geelong: 123
Gold Coast: 103
GWS: 83, 136
Could come home with a wet sail facing Collingwood (h), GWS (a), St Kilda (a) and Gold Coast (h) during the fantasy finals.

Bye: 12
- Worst bye round for midfielders shared with GAJ, Barlow, Pendles, Sidey, D-Hepp, Jobe....

2015 Prediction:
105 - 110
JPK is durable and consistent, he has little room for improvement apart from a better k:hb ratio and hitting the scoreboard a little more often (12.20 this year ~ and more accurately!). There is some risk as he has shown that he can slide back. Personally I am an absolute sucker for unique players and my last midfield line for DT involved GAJ, Barlow, Kennedy, Beams and Ward. Considering him.

I'm pretty keen on him.

Thats cos you are smart. Guys a gun, better SC scorer, but still good enough in AF and a decent POD. Also untaggable which is a bonus
