I don't know what everyone's gripe is with Titchell. This is the first full, uninterrupted preseason he has had at the Swans and will be all the better for it. Kid is an absolute gun!

I did however hear speak that when Titchell plays it effects JPK's game and the hierarchy (whoever they are) don't really like that......

Only way Heeney would be in front of Titchell would be due to pace.

The gripe I have is that he won't I don't think he will be a top 10 forward and hence why I won't pick him.

Fixed.

If I go with Belly at F5 I need to start of Leuey or Kreuz at R2.

Means I need to upgrade Belly and Leuey instead of only F5.

IMO Belly will be managed and average 85 at max, so isn't a keeper.

Fair enough mate, if you are considering using Cox as your loophole for the season, maybe consider someone from a club  that plays less fridays and thursday nights.....

Collingwood play 9 matches before Saturday

Sabretooth Tigers

 ;)
T Read   from Geelong is the go       ;) ;D

Yeah, if you are going for a ruck/fwd option maybe, but if not (as in this case), might as well go for the cheapest Geelong ruck option....

So Fyfe & Deledio v Sloane & Franklin.

I like Fyfe & Deledio.

I didn't think that through did I ha.

I have another much changed team in the pipeline.... But I like the structure of above.

Will bring back Lids for Franklin

Prefer Sloane to Fyfe-  1) Sloane doesn't miss matches and is ultra consistent, 2) better bye round.

AaronKirk

Gone with a bit of a different approach with a couple of POD's

Thoughts about this team compared to my previous side?

RaisyDaisy

Not a huge fan of that team AK. Too many risky picks for mine

I'd want more reliable defenders. Walker has only been a premo once, and is currently rehabbing an injury although he should be fine for rd1. Walker, Taylor and Newnes is just too risky. I'd go with one of them, and replace two with more reliable defenders

Ablett, JPK and Watson all have the same bye so I think that could hurt in rd12, and I don't think Membrey will be anything special

Bennell is an interesting pick. He definitely has the potential to average 100, but he does seem to get injured easily

Sorry its not a raving review mate, but just think this team probably wont be good enough  :(

I totally agree ha

I prefer my previous team. Just throwing different options out there.

Don't mind the team .. I personally am not a fan of Taylor just think he is a tier below what is required and has no potential to go higher

I want Harley myself and if I could get him over swan I would ... Obviously a watch on membrey ... Love mummy and he will be the best ruck I feel but consistency of games in the past has hurt me as a previous mummy owner

AaronKirk

This won't be my starting team but with Waters setback, WhiteX looking like he will be out early I have made some pretty radical moves and this is what I currently have.

$400 cash left

Def: H Shaw, G Birchall, H Taylor, J Newnes, H Lumumba, E Yeo (H Goddard, M Dick)

Mid: G Ablett, S Pendlebury, J Selwood, J Watson, N Van Berlo, I Heeney, B Boekhorst, N Freeman (A Vandenberg, T Dumont, N Krakouer)

Ruck: N Naitanui, M Leuenberger (T Read)

Fwd: L Franklin, D Martin, H Bennell, D Swan, M Clark, J Hogan (J Steele, C Daniel)

I don't particularly like it but with the lack of defensive options this is probably what most defences will end up looking like.
