Shane Savage might be a good pick for your D4 AK? Showed that he can score very well when playing off half back

Money Shot

Very very good team.
I know it doesn't really matter at this stage but I think Hogan is a lock.
good amount of pods alongside with proven players.

AaronKirk

Had a play around. Haven't really looked at byes, that can come later

Looking at opinions between this side and the last one I posted.

All opinions welcome - $33,900 left

I love the look of your side there AK...very nice I think you should sit on that until the NAB

I have a few queries on some of the players you have.....Be interested to hear your thoughst on them too  :)

Isacc Heeny- WILL be a perfect downgrade option at some stage, might be hard for him to get in front of Mitchell, Hannebery, Jack, Keneddy and co especially early in the season.

Nathan Van Berlo- What will he avg maybe 80? I personally found the extra coin and and took a punt on a mid pricer (B.Crouch) turning into a 105+ avg mid therefor possibly a keeper.

Dane Swan & Beau Waters- Not too sure about the Fuss on these. T.Mitchell I believe will avg more than Swan and is 60k cheaper. Not sure on the fitness of Waters. apparently not back in full training yet.

But this is just my opinion on those particular players and you should not change much until NAB... Maybe just keep an eye on those four.
Great side, good work  :)

80 avg and you still wouldn't take that for 200k??? He wont average 80, be lucky to average 70, but his JS makes him a sound pick

I've got Heeney and Vandenberg on field too knowing that they may not start, but we can worry about rookies closer to the date

I assume if NicNat for example misses a week or two you're happy to trade him out?

Waters is at full fitness and training well- not sure where you get your info from.

I dunno about NVB- is training well and if he averages 70-80 he will make cash and get to a point where he can become a premo, I'd prefer to start 5 gun premos in the mid though

Dunno how T.Mitch averages more than Swan when TMitch will be playing most of the year in the NEAFL- he is not in the swans best 22.

Heeney is a place sitter at the moment, but was arguably the best player in the draft. wouldn't shock if he played round one.

Yep. may need a lot of trades in the ruck this year if players miss. not just Nic Nat.

You think heeney might play round 1 and therefore is ahead of Mitchell????
Crazy comment!

Yes he could well be ahead of Tmitch

Heeney was the best player in the draft and has the ability to break straight into the Swans side.

Tmitch for some reason is out of favour. Has the ability but not the confidence of Longmire. Should have left Sydney when he had the chance.

BTW rookies are just placeholders for now (as you would expect)

Spot on about Heeney AK. He's a star, the best mid in the draft this year and I reckon he'll play RD1.
Although TMitch is probably ahead of him still and the only reason TMitch didn't play at times last year was because of his ankle. So if he gets a full preseason in he'll slot into the Swans 22.

Personally I reckon Heeney will push someone else out. Like a Towers, Cunningham, BJack, JLloyd, CBird type player.

I don't know what everyone's gripe is with Titchell. This is the first full, uninterrupted preseason he has had at the Swans and will be all the better for it. Kid is an absolute gun!

I did however hear speak that when Titchell plays it effects JPK's game and the hierarchy (whoever they are) don't really like that......

Only way Heeney would be in front of Titchell would be due to pace.

The gripe I have is that he won't be a top 10 forward and hence why I won't pick him.
