Made the late change to bring in Robbie Gray for Bartel. Looks like it was a decent decision.

Unlikely to make any trades unless there are any LTI's or suspensions.

There are options for a 2nd trade.

Option 1) Miller to NVB
Option 2) Cripps to NVB
Option 3) Ablett to a round 11 premo mid. The 3 I'm looking at are Sloane, Lewis and Dangerfield

I'm looking for some feedback as to what the best option would be. Thoughts?

Option 1) Miller to NVB
Option 2) Cripps to NVB
Option 3) Ablett to a round 11 premo mid. The 3 I'm looking at are Sloane, Lewis and Dangerfield

I'm looking for some feedback as to what the best option would be. Thoughts?

I'm looking at the exact same trades with the exact same first trade locked in as well

Leaning towards giving Ablett another week - Think GC will get smashed by Geelong though which makes me feel like it could be now or never for Gaz....I've considered going Ablett to NVB and then upgrading Cripps next week but that's a lot of money to have in the bank

I've had a play around and come up with the following:

1) Ablett via Saad DPP to Oxley
2) Goodes to NVB by swinging Saad back to defence.

Gives Cripps another week, I get NVB and Oxley and have $640,500 to upgrade with next week.

I can then see how the likes of Cripps, Newton etc go and can bring in guns to replace whoever of the rookies underperforms.

Means I have a premo less this week but then I have all the necessary rookies and start to plot my team to full premo.

Isn't that just the same as:
Goodes-->Oxley
Ablett-->NVB

I don't see the point in swapping Saad from DEF to MID to DEF haha

I just can't bring myself to trade Ablett though. First 2 rounds count towards one and two price changes respectively, and if he manages to get back to his best in the next 2 weeks or so, I'm gonna want him in hahaha. Can't really say what the right decision to make is though, gotta go with your gut I reckon.

And FWIW I'd go with the Goodes-->Oxley trade no matter what you do with Gaz
