i proved yet again that at 20/20 Nat i am totally hopeless (EB used to take charge mostly of 20/20 but i'm trying to have a crack)

but was a very rough season for me and seriously has me questioning why i ran again

I wasn't going to use Mahmoud... He was my 3rd choice in spinner... We mostly played on batting and pacey pitches. But I wanted to mix it up and play an extra spinner. But he don't well!!

On a side note, I really do forget about FTP sometimes :(. Lucky I didn't forget orders for my SOD but still won, had to set orders for Pav Cup so I don't flower over my guys for fatigue :P. Probably stepping back from the U19 scene, although RB isn't able to find assistants and pretty much does everything himself so doesn't mind me along even though I am hardly dedicated. So if anybody wants a assistant position and keen to get into U19 Nats, feel free to hit me up and I can ask Ragingbull (if he gets re-elected of course).

To everyone experienced with seniors training, when should i take my pride and joy off of primary training and onto strength training?

Do you plan on any more Fielding training?

If you want him to be playing well for you soon then you give him strength training now. If you want optimal training to be the best for NATs (Which is my guess) then you leave Strength training until he at least is 24, probably even 25.

Think about what you want the end product to look like. excep/excep, lots of power and Endo, about a $20k wage? Keep training bowling/tech at least until he is excep/excep.

Just remember our old mate on here CrowsFan renamed his entire team to cat names, so just remember there's always someone worse out there ;) Geez his team is good though, lowest waged player is an outs/outs/spec AR with spec fielding and BH talent. Remember all his players are 24 as well ;D
