Thanks ringo. Having 5 premo mids really takes its toll on the rest of the team, will look at downgrading Coniglio to a rookie to upgrade forwards/backs.

TEAM NAME: Team Idiot. (Super Coach 2015)
Def: H.Shaw, M.Hibberd, G.Birchall, E.Yeo, M.Dick, H.Goddard (D.Viojo-Rainbow , B.Maynard)
Mid: G.Ablett, J.Selwood, M.Priddis, J.Redden, D.Rich, A.Brayshaw, I.Heeney, B.Boekhorst (N.Freeman, D.Cavka, J.Steele)
Ruc: T.Goldstein, M.Leuenberger (R.Lobb)
Fwd: B.Deledio, B.Goddard, L.Franklin, A.Cooney, T.T. Lynch, T.Membrey (J.Hogan, J.Laverde)
Remaining: $20,500

So I've had a bit of a play around with the team, and I've bought in Cooney to the forward line. By DT Live he is owned by only 0.7% of teams, and the Bombers play a fantasy friendly game style, so I can see Cooney boosting his average this season. I also did Docherty to Birchall. I don't really want to pick Birchall because in seasons past he has really pissed me off, but really, he is one of the better options out there. These moves were paid for by downgrading Coniglio to Cavka.

Also without even thinking about byes my team is 9/11/10  :o

Any thoughts on improving this team?

Money Shot

would love to hear your thoughts on both Yeo and Lynch as I haven't heard much about them.
Teams looking good although I would be surprised if 4 basement priced rookies pop up.
Really think you need ruck cover as well as if Leuy is injured you wont be able to trade him.

Elliot Yeo is good pick I see the logic in that. But I don't see him playing midfield nor HB role... Where's he going to play?
Redden won't be top 10. NVB and Biggs missing in that team I think you need 1 of them. Downgrade rich. Bring in JPK or Fyfe. However with that downgrade I'd make bringing swan in first priority (for Cooney).
TT Lynch, interesting one. J.Martin, C.Dixon more value I reckon.
Nice work it's really taking shape

Charlie Dixon won't average over 75.

I can see Yeo playing off half back or through the midfield, where he was used throughout the year when he wasn't injured.

I think Redden cam be a top 10 mid.

Tom Lynch is priced at an average of ~62, if you take out his unsubbed games he averaged more than that, and if you look at his 2013 scores, you can see what he's capable of (I would tell you the exact numbers but FF has flowered itself up somehow).

Yeah, I think I will need to find some ruck cover, but I don't think Bellchambers is worth it, and I think Lobb will boost his game time this year. Lobb probably own't end up in my team unless he's named round one though. Will look into 3rd ruck when round one teams come out.

Thanks for the comments guys :)

If Dixon plays whole year without injury as a R/F there's 90+ easily. Injury a problem so best left a lone.
Idea for ruck cover is Lynch to lycett...
Redden to get in top 10 will have to average 115. That would need a huge effort from him.

If he plays ruck he can score well, but I don't see him playing ruck. Nicholls and Smith are both in Gold Coasts best 22 imo and with them both in the team Dixon will have very little ruck time. It would take one of them or maybe both of them and Gorringe getting injured for him to have much ruck time.

Suns have Day, Lynch and Dixon as there fwd bigs. Not sure they can afford to have 2 ruckmen as well...? Hence why i think dixon will -pay 2nd ruck.

True, but how many big men in one team is too many though? 8 may be too many, but Nicholls is pretty good around the ground, and Day is also a very good athlete. I can see the Suns taking Rory, May and Cameron down back, then Lynch, Dixon and Day up front, with Nicholls and Smith in the ruck, resting forward. Is 4 tall forwards to many?

POD central... Wow

What is the defined role of Mayes? Yeo is a risky pick and will Fuller get games?

IMHO only one of Waters, Mayes or Yeo should be selected. One risk per line at most, not 3 in one line ha.

Prestia is an interesting pick, so are Scooter and Redden. Will they be top 10 mids? time will tell

Will Lynch be a regular pick at Adelaide? TBH I'm not convinced.

How will Smith be affected by the sheer number of mids that GWS have in their side?

IMO there is way too much risk here.

Lynch is best 22 any day of the week

Some thoughts on players:

I can see Hanleys injury helping Mayes out a bit, givning him more time in the mids. He will play either at Half back or half forward, more likely half forward I think.

Fuller is a place holder.

You have 2 risky players in your backline ;) (Newnes and Waters)

The stats of Prestia when GAJ are in the team compared to when he isn't are crazy.

Games With GAJ: 144, 103, 126, 70, 93, 101, 97, 103, 127, 127, 99, 146, 137, 74, 76 AVE:108.2
Games Without: 91, 84, 123, 59, 135, 126, 91 AVE:101.3

Over this next year I can see Prestia, and the rest of the Suns team getting more consistent, and Prestia can go 110+.

Redden is underpriced. Was only improving before he got injured, can see a good chance of him going top 10.

I've been picking Lynch all preseason, average is down heaps due to injury.

I can't see Smiths role changing from last year, but I'm no GWS expert.

Thanks for the thoughts Guys. IMO you need to go unique to win (Hasn't worked out for me so well the past couple of years lol).
