I'm actually happy that Swanny will have a DPP because I enjoy having him in my team.

WTF, All our forward lines are going to be filled with Midfielders making it to easy
It actually makes it harder but less interesting, you cant really start with all of them

im not sure it makes it harder at all.

I was taking a punt on swanny midfield and now I just stick him up front and drop bennell. than find abit more cash and turn swan into a safe premo.

there is no need for taking punts on players like lycett, Dixon etc...
I don't agree with swan getting DPP, but i understand their motives behind it, they want to make more options in the forward line so we don't finish with the same team (and i definitely agree with the lycett remark, i was looking to start with him but now its highly unlikely)

they want to make it easier so more people play that's fine. but this will make teams much more similar. I was actually going to go Swan in the mid now everyone has him up front. I was going to punt on Lycett now Goddard is a better pick.

the mid instead of punting on guys like swanny ill just go proven.

The emphasis on getting the best cheap rooks correct and completing your team sooner will be more prevalent.

You pretty much have to lock all 3 in. If Swan is mid 400's in price the risk is not greater then the reward. Goddard and Deledio are locks much like they were when they were defenders and then you look at guys like Buddy as upgrade targets.

I would forget about Cooney because of his body, Ziebell is also going to get looked at but Christensen could be the pick of the bunch if he has an uninterrupted pre-season. He has a HUGE ceiling

i'm still going Smith instead of Deledio but Swan and Goddard are in

Ah I see. Surely lids gets the nod ahead of him? Has averaged over 100 7 years in a row while only missing 4 games

Petraaca to have M/F status as well so will probably be the link for the switch if priced reasonably. Darcy Moore rumoured to be D/F so another handy link.

Luke Parker, Ben McGlyn,David Swallow and Pearce Hanley will be mids only.

Question with the abundance of mid/fwd Dpp if SC follow how relevant is Buddy this year?

quinny88

Goddard, Deledio, Swan locked and loaded for me. Don't even need to look at anyone else

Buddy still relevant but I'll wait on him now until he had a bad game and drops in price
