GM

Fair enough re Birch mat,
Will be a pod aswell initially at least.
Last year he probably lost his consistency a little but as you said which defender hasn't.
Really a tough line again this year.

Not sure what you could do when i don't know your salary?

That's right mate, it's so tough.. Everyone jumping on Smith too as D3 but I don't think he's worth $500k at all, and theres no real standout to choose from, so Birch it is (for now)

Waters > Whitecross
Bellchambers > Lambert
Fyfe > Watson/Ward/JPK
???

Just one suggestion personally I'd drop Pendlebury but you seem to want him in..

That suggestion is telling me to downgrade everywhere mate, I'm sort of confused? Haha, never dropping Pendlebury, that's insane!

I'd watch Pendles, no one to soften the blows with the tag early on. Previous years always had those around him.

I forgot to add upgrade one of your rookies but you're still short.

JBs-Hawks

Pendles always first tagged, always beats it.

fasttrack13

I'm not talking 1 player tag I'm thinking a whole team attack on him like the pies did to Cotchin. No beams for teams to worry about and stop that, teams won't worry about swan until he performs. He will get hammered... You saw what no Pendles did to the pies against the lions... Teams will notice that.

Enter Sidebottom mate.. The best you can do to Pendles is effect his efficiency on a game, but you will hardly ever stop his output.
Sidebottom IMO is a much more damaging player as he can float on a wing unguarded due to his large aerobic base and kill oppositions who don't pay him enough attention.. He's capable of 30 touches and 3-4 goals a game when he's on song, he's a jet! Pendles will go about his merry way, and get 30 touches regardless of whether you tag him or not - his greatest asset is his two way running which just means he finds the ball wherever he goes, much like Ablett. He has so much time and poise through traffic, which is unbelievable and he finds space where nobody else could. Will be interesting but I'd go Sidey first over Pendles and only give Pendles a run with, which he would openly smash every week if offered - that team orientated tag can only be effective if you have ball winners around the park and I doubt every team will be able to do it effectively without it being a burden on their outputs!

Have made some massive changes as has everyone with the new pricing and hopefully can keep as it is until NAB Cup starts. Obviously would love some feedback, been a week or two since I've posted so hopefully I can get into rating and what not also.

DEF: Shaw, Hibberd, Birchall, Waters, Gilbert, Johnson (Goddard, Abbott)

MID: Ablett jnr, Pendlebury, Fyfe, Selwood, NVB, Freeman, Heeney, Laverde (Neal-Bullen, Krakeour, Lambert)

RUC: Goldstein, Naitanui (Cox)

FWD: Goddard, Deledio, Franklin, Swan, Bellchambers, Clark (Hogan, Steele)

*Rookies are subject to change as always, not set in stone / Gilbert if fit can score very very well also, and if named Round 1 I will take a punt

Love this side mate!
Went weak in the midfield with only 4 premiums but make up for it in other lines!
Love the set and forget rucks!
Can't really fault it!
Would love your thoughts on my team!

Pendles does less with his disposals when he's tagged... Not as damaging. That hurts Collingwood more than our SuperCoach teams though!

I like team 3 the most mate. That team looks really good. Guns and rookies approach is the way to go I think.

Perhaps the only thing I would change would be getting an extra Premo in defence because it looks as though defence rookies are going to be very hard to find this year. Maybe downgrade a Premo forward to a rookie and then upgrade your defence.

Good luck with year 12!

No I haven't.

Gilbert is not a premium and Garlett is not a rookie.
