Probably is the right choice mate, would liked to of seen the Aussies bat first but for the weather.

Agree right decision with weather, According to table even if game is a no result we finish 2nd on NRR

Sr Lanka NRR +.371 on 8 points Aus NRR +1.597 on 7 points. Pretty sure in a no result then no effect on NRR,

Tubby seems to think theres not much in it so hope its only a short delay if we get one. They need to play cricket can't miss more time out there with another weather affected result.

My apologies we do have to win this game to finish second. If it is a no result we finish equal with Sri Lanka but they have had 4 wins compared to our 3 so they will finish second. NRR only comes into effect if number of wins are equal.
