Strange game that one looked like a lot of cricketers that have not had much time in the middle

So close

So bloody close

I'm sure like many Aussie supporters, we feel absolutely shattered after that.

Probably the greatest One Dayer I've ever seen.

AFEV

I don't feel shattered at all.
We have a potential semi against India instead of SA now which is much better, plus that's the first non-associate match worth watching all tournament.

PowerBug

Not sure how that was a great game... Close, but terrible batting throughout. And it's barely a cricket ground so those mishowers going into the crowd don't make good viewing at all.

Many better games this World Cup alone.

Well in all honesty if you look at past Aus Saffers Semis you'd like our chances against them.  ;)

After the immediate disappointment you've gotta look at this.

Is that the best bowling we've seen from Australia? No, Pretty much everyone bar Starc and maybe Maxwell were bloody terrible.

I'd say that's the best you'd see NZ bowl, their best batsmen in Williamson and McCullum didn't fail either. Is there a chance of an Aus NZ Semi? Would probably be our worst possible situation but considering how close this ended we wouldn't be out of it.
