Despite admitting to an error, I still see why the three umpires decided to give it out. Maxwell was in the throwing motion as the finger went up.

Anyway, two matches today. All African battle between RSA and Zimbabwe early, followed by India vs Pakistan. If the next 40 group matches are anything like the first 2, this will be a great tournament.

Lol what, both matches yesterday were not remotely close...

Maybe you see just the high amount of runs as a good match, I would prefer it to be closer though to the finish. I doubt that will happen for the south Africa game, hopefully will for the India Pakistan one
I've got a couple bucks on the pakis, think it will be closer than the odds of $2.55 suggests. Very annoying that channel 9 isn't showing the other games though, dont have foxtel  :(

I saw the 130odd from Finch, a hattrick, two 5fers and some great fielding. It can still be great cricket without the match being close.

Exactly. Close matches are always great, but I think we were spoiled yesterday with how good some of the game was despite the scoreline.
