Yep Lucky - although the big stride forward would have put the doubt in umpires mind.

PowerBug

Definitely outside the line on first view. But only millimetres from being out. India won't be encouraged to change their stance on DRS after that haha.

Putting Smith at three has reinvigorated the batting lineup surely the premier batsman in the team now

I still think there's heavy reliance on Smith and Clarke, because all around them there are natural hitters, whilst those two are more workers and strike turners.

Of course, it only needs to pay off once more and it doesn't matter for another 3 years haha

With the way ODIs are going you only want two consolidators in your team with the rest being hitters. Plus Hads can play the same role if.required.

Smiddy's gotta ton up here.

Yeah, it's getting to that point where they'll consider sending in Watto/Maxy to hit them all around the park. The 35 over mark is what we're looking at. That's when they'll look to use the batting powerplay too you'd think.

I've noticed that Lara does like to spend a fair chunk of his time talking about the weaknesses/negatives of Australia

True true. I suppose when your two consolidators are world class it's alright yeah. And they have a proper batsman at 8 which is a big bonus.

SO START HITTING FINCHY!!

Finnchy it's time to go big mate... Chewing up some balls. Now catch back up to the ball count with runs :D.
