That hamstring injury has saved watto I reckon. Instead of going for 20 he will only go for 10 now... Would of bowled maxwell or clarkey for 2 overs instead of him...

Well Marsh was injured, and we needed him over Bailey to get our 50 overs bowled

I honestly think he can do well batting 5/6

Nrich I think at this point you're hating Watson for the sake of hating him.
Was key to the win today. Took one of the most important wickets of the night and was half the reason we had such a big score to defend.

Watson is a spud. He will have broken down by the end of the world cup if he bowls a decent amount of overs as an allrounder and spends a decent amount of time in the middle. Sure, he has heaps of potential, but he's 33 now, and we shouldn't go picking 33 year olds on potential. Guys like Burns and Lynn should be in the team over him if you're looking for a batsman, but if you're after an allrounder he can't bowl 10 overs in a game without breaking down. His bowling is well below average as well.
