In terms of honouring Hughes in the Adelaide Test, I've seen numerous ideas floated about on social media but here was one..

India bowls the first ball with Warner up the bowler's end, and no batsman at the keepers end. The symbolism of not having a batsman there would be to have Phil Hughes' spirit out in the middle.

Then Rogers walks out and play proceeds as normal.
