2014 Elxam Awards: Best Coach or Coaching Panel in Worlds Winner Holzman

This award is for the best who you think is the best coach or coaching panel in the Worlds comp
It doesn`t have to be a nomination for the coach who won the premiership it can be for the coach you feel has done a great job drafting,trading etc


Could you please include the reasons as to why you think the coach deserves to win this award you can give examples of trades etc or it could be that the coach has built a good list or maybe they have done a very good job of re-building a team

I run it interesting at Dublin, run the team on my own but get great advice from some of the other coaches and assistants.

Just my opinion. The goal of xv competitions is to win flags so therefore 3 teams have achieved the goal.

Those that do good trading/drafting should win future flags and then they can win the award.
