2014 Elxam Awards: Best Coach or Coaching Panel in all the comps: Winner ADAMANT

This award is for the best who you think is the best coach or coaching panel across any of the comps.
It doesn`t have to be a nomination for the coach who won the premiership it can be for the coach you feel has done a great job drafting,trading etc

All comps are eligible for this award.
Could you please include the reasons as to why you think the coach deserves to win this award you can give examples of trades etc or it could be that the coach has built a good list or maybe they have done a very good job of re-building a team

They work together in every comp, get along well and have a good system where both are active and they know what they're doing and have been fairly successful across the board.

Going to go with HP`s suggestion and do this.
You`ll need to go nominate in the relevant comp threads then we will take the winner from each comp and vote on this then.
