This award is for the best new coach in any of the comps.
The criteria for this is the coach must have only received their team in 2013 for the first time this gives us a season to work with and also will include trades made in the previous off season and this  one since some may have taken the team on after the trade period closed last preseason.Any new coaches that have taken on a team this off season or during this season would be eligible next year for this award.
Please give reasons why the coach deserves to win this award :)

Americas Coaches are not eligible since this was the comps first year

Nominations open until Friday 28th November

Nominees

Leeds Leeches British jhello
Liverpool Rams British Nige,Toga,koopkicka

Nige

Hm, by what I understand of the OP, I'm eligible to be nominated for BXVs but not Euros and AXVs.

Cool. I was pretty much thinking out loud there just so I understood the criteria.

Ringo

I would also like to nominate jhello and Nige

Jhello  has been a quiet achiever in the British xv's took over Leeds Leeches after Round 15 in 2013 finished 2013 in 14th place and lifted team to the preliminary final in 2014 after finishing 8th overall.

Nige took over the Liverpool Lobsters after Round 15 in 2013 changed the Team name to Liverpool rams and lifted them from the bottom of the table in 2013 to 13th place in 2014.

Memphistopheles

I took the Staines to last place in BXV. What a gun :P lel

I'd back jhello for this one so far I reckon. Leeds had a great year.

GoLions

I'd just like to point out that I was part of the Rams coaching team all year, and should be up there with them :P

JBs-Hawks

The lack of nominees in this shows that there are probably too many coaching awards :P

RaisyDaisy

Only new to XV so cant nominate, but hoping AK and I can win this next year :D
