Profile

Making his return from a serious achilles injury midway through the season, the North Melbourne skipper played every game after his comeback in Round 9. He will start 2015 about 5 points per game underpriced having received a red vest in his first game, and being rested late in his second game back from injury. As a result, Swallow could present some value as a starter in 2015 if he can find the form that saw him average over 100 ppg in 2012. As someone that posts good tackle numbers, you would expect Swallow to find a bit more of the footy next year as he builds up his fitness, and so he should improve on his 2014 average.

Pros - Undervalued, good tackle numbers, has shown good consistency in the past

Cons - Poor kick/handball ratio, not a goal kicker

Prediction - 96-100

Verdict - One to seriously consider starting next year as he is underpriced, and has shown ability to score consistently good scores in the past. It might be hard to fit him in alongside more fancied options, but Swallow is certainly one to watch.

Mr.Craig

The first NM fantasy profile! I think your prediction is spot on, he's never going to be bad but never going to be awesome either.

I can see a  bit of value in him if you want an early upgrade, but highly doubt he'll be a keeper in 2015

I know! I was looking through trying to think of someone to profile so thought I'd do one up for Spitz ;)

Agreed, he's not gonna be in that top echelon of mids, but I think he does present value as he is underpriced for what he can achieve, and is pretty consistent so could be a good stepping stone.

Mr.Craig

If I was going to touch anyone at North I reckon it would be Gibbo. Averaged 101.9 in his first 15 games before dropping off a bit.
