So we thought it would be good to see everyone`s possible best XV for next year.
Also would be great to see your new projected scores based on players averages from this year with your newly traded in players as compare to what your team averaged this season.

Nottingham Hoods Possible Starting XV for 2015

Backs: Walker,Taylor,Martin,Dunn
Mids: Pendlebury(C),Hannebery,Shiels,Macrae
Ruck: Sandilands
Forwards: Gray,Walters,McGovern,Podsiadly
Utilities: Rosa,Lycett

Using players averages plus add Pendles as captain 1657

This season we averaged 1539

SydneyRox

Sounds good

Blackpool Bunnies

DEF: Burgoyne, Hurn, Rampe, Reid
MID: JP Kennedy, Murphy, Swan, Douglas
RUC: Ryder
FWD: Westhoff, Carlisle, Adams, Crameri
UTI: Cunnington, Curnow

LOL - Came up with 1657 as well.

If Burgoyne loses DPP may hurt, though I didnt add anything to Reid who will avg more than 55ppg

Winchester Werewolves Possible Starting XV for 2015

Backs: Hodge, Hibberd, Fisher, Haynes
Mids: Ablett (C), Fyfe, Priddis, Stokes
Ruck: Maric
Forwards: Bartel, Dahlhaus, Zorko, Roughead
Utilities: Gibson, Myers

Using players averages plus add Ablett as captain 1931

Not sure what this season's average was as I can't find it easily so have given up working it out :P

GoLions

Bradford Badgers Possible Starting XV for 2015

Backs: Hanley, Simpson, Higgins, Harwood
Mids: Barlow (C), Cotchin, Prestia, Griffen
Ruck: Minson
Forwards: LeCras, Lynch, Puopolo, Darling
Utilities: Boyd, Dal Santo

Using players averages plus add Barlow as captain 1793

Hanley will probably lose def, and NDS will probably gain it, so they'd just do direct swaps. Cotchin and Griffen both had below-par years, so should see improvement there. Have Harwood over Waters as Waters didn't play this year, but averaged over 90 last year so he would probably be starting if he plays.

For the Breakers,

DEF: Heath Shaw, Liam Picken, Lachie Henderson, Tyson Goldsack
MID: Joel Selwood (c), Jordan Lewis (vc), Leigh Montagna, Adam Cooney
RUC: Matthew Lobbe
FWD: Cyril Rioli, Josh J Kennedy, Jarryd Blair, Eddie Betts
UTL: Koby Stevens, Daniel Rich

Not a bad team 8) Depth is a problem though

Oxford Owls:

Defence: R.Shaw, M.Jaensch, C.Yarran, S.Docherty.
Midfield: S.Thompson, B.Gibbs, O.Wines, A.Swallow.
Ruck: H.McIntosh.
Forwards: M.Duncan, T.Walker, S.Mayes, M.Robinson.
Utilities: J.O'Meara, J.Steven.

Defence: K.Kolodjashnij, T.Jonas, J.Johannisen, Z.Tuohy, R.Lester, D.Fletcher, M.Talia.
Midfield: C.Guthrie, N.Foley, S.Wellingham, K.Lucas, L.Jong, C.Ellis-Yolemen.
Ruck: J.Griffin, J.Ceglar, M.Daw.
Forwards: J.Riewoldt, J.Garlett, A.Black, S.Lloyd, T.O'Brein, J.Redpath.

Our main issue was depth last season, that has been fixed dramatically. Hopefully we can have a good season. Robinson will be in the XV as long as he plays. But if he doesn't, we got J.Riewoldt and J.Garlett on the bench and I expect 85 average from both of them at least. R.Shaw goes down, K.Kolodjashnij or J.Joha come on.

I'll add it up later.

That was our issue as well and this has been fixed

Haha holy jesus your team is so strong.

Liverpool Rams

D: Houli, Birchall, Adcock, Gibson
M: Heppell, Treloar, Bennell, Dunstan
R: Goldstein
F: Boomer, Cloke, Taylor, Brown
I: Masten, Hartlett

Purple 77

Assuming DPP changes go my way... (doubts on McGlynn, and blind hope on Goddard which probably won't happen)

Hastings Hurricanes

Def: James Kelly (100.35), Robert Murphy (94.48), Jack Newnes (92.90), Jarrod Harbrow (91.95)
Mid: Nathan Jones (C) (140.00 x 2), David Mundy (VC) (130.52), Kane Cornes (118.67), Stephen Hill (EVC) (117.41)
Ruc: Stefan Martin (127.83)
For: Ben McGlynn (120.75), Brendon Goddard (116.17), Paul Chapman (108.58), Shane Edwards (96.76)
Int: Shane Mumford (107.19), Daniel Wells (90.29)
Emg:   Michael Hurley (DEF) (87.63), Drew Petrie (FOR) (78.48), Angus Monfried (FOR) (74.08), Dale Thomas (FOR) (83.84) - SUB

Going by averages, this will give me a total of:

1794 + 20 = 1814

Also, that Wells average is injury affected, so below his usual output, and I expect Daisy to improve too.

If McGlynn and Goddard are mid only, think I lose roughly 30 points. But still,

BEWARE OF THE HURRICANES!

M: Rockliff, B Crouch, Miles, T Mitchell
R: McEvoy/Clarke

Staines Steins Possible Starting XV for 2015

Def: Nick Vlastuin, Ricky Henderson, Lee Spurr, Elliott Yeo
Mid: Kieran Jack, Jack Redden, George Horlin-Smith, Josh Kelly
Ruc: Mark Jamar
For: Jamie Elliott, Adam Tomlinson, Josh Jenkins, Lachie Hunter
Ut: Marcus Bontempelli, Tendai Mzungu

Eme: Nathan Grima (D), Viv Michie (M), Brodie Grundy (R), Mitch Clark (F).

I am very pleased with our off-season movement. Look at that emergency line - all good playing players which is what we didn't have at all this season.

We've got a stack of good picks in the upcoming drafts as well to bolster the side though we're not going to pin our hopes on them being starters for us just yet. We do need more midfielders which will be one of our main priorities in the upcoming draft.

#12
Leeds Leeches

Def Michael Johnson, Nick Malceski, Trent McKenzie, Jarryn Geary
Mid: Luke Shuey (C), Dom Tyson, Isaac Smith, David Armitage
Ruc: Sam Jacobs
For: Lewis Jetta, Jeremy Howe, Tom Hawkins, Sam Kerridge
Int: Jack Viney, Andrew Carrazzo

Rids

Not sure if I should be doing this haha! Time to see how far back I am.

Giants

Def: Jack Grimes (Melb), Garrick Ibottson (Freo), Cam O'Shea (Port), Andrejs Everitt (Carl)
Mids: Brad Ebert (Port), David Swallow (GC), James Aish (Bris), Danny Stanley (GC)
Ruck: Matthew Leueunberger (Bris)
Fwd: Matthew Wright (Adel), Rhys Palmer (GWS), David Ellard (Carl), Ricky Petterd (Rich)
Util: Reece Conca (Rich), William Langford (Hawks)

Swallow was the captain and all up the team gets 1467 pts

There is plenty of scope for improvement from a lot of players so 1500+ is not out of the question. It is all about the depth however so slowly fixing that issue.

Emerg: Colquhoun, Wallis, Longer, Knights/Boyd
