Profile

Another high draft pick for the Giants who hasn't lived up to his potential, O'Rourke now gets a shot with Hawthorn. It's true that injuries took their toll and his form in two years at NEAFL level showed some promise but he faces an Everest sized mountain to force his way into the Hawks side. Currently he wouldn't sit in their best 25 let alone best 18 so Jono would need to have a superb pre season to turn that around, even then he runs the major risk of being sub. His full game scoring should improve in the new environment but the chances of him playing enough games in a row to rise in value look slim and as such he would be a very risky downgrade option.

Pros - Fantasy friendly team should help him

Cons - Vests, js, scoring, price

Prediction - 46-50

Will be very interesting to see how his preseason goes. Would be silly not to look at him if he looks like getting regular games.

Sweetness

Won't get a game, I think the Hawks see him as a long-term prospect so expect Anderson & Woodward to get the call up ahead on him.
